Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Entities that may benefit from the aid, in accordance with article 5 of the call, may be public research organizations, public and private universities, public and private non-profit health entities and institutions, accredited health research institutes, Technology Centers and Technological Innovation Support Centers, and other public and private non-profit R&D&i centers. The R&D centers referred to in the fourteenth additional provision of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation, and the public R&D&I centers for agricultural or food research dependent on the Autonomous Communities, integrated into the INIA (CSIC)-CCAA system and other similar bodies that develop R&D&I activities may also be beneficiary entities. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to finance the implementation of research projects aimed at advancing solutions to society's challenges, within a framework of bilateral international collaboration. The projects seek to promote the internationalization of Spanish groups with foreign research groups, thanks to the collaboration that the State Research Agency maintains with foreign funding entities. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CIN/1025/2022, of October 27, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public aid corresponding to various programs and subprograms of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023, whose management corresponds to the State Research Agency. Room. Amount. The maximum total amount of aid amounts to 4,500,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to budget application 28,303,463B,750 of the expense budget of the State Research Agency for the year 2026, in accordance with budgetary availability. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on April 17 and end on May 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Applications for participation will be submitted in accordance with the procedure described in article 13 of the call. The completion and electronic submission of the application must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose on the website of the State Investigation Agency. Sixth. Evaluation of applications. Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: a) Quality and viability of the proposal. b) Quality and trajectory of the project components. c) Expected scientific, economic and social impact of the results. d) Adequacy of the requested budget. The description of the criteria and their sub-criteria, as well as their assessment and thresholds, are determined in Annex I of the call.
