Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Entities that promote solidarity actions and international cooperation for development and that meet the following requirements will have the status of beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) Not for profit. b) Have among its specific institutional purposes the carrying out of activities related to international development cooperation. c) Be legally constituted and duly registered in the Registry of Agents of the International Cooperation for the Development of Andalusia (RACDA). d) Accredit the update of data referring to the year 2024 or later in the Registry of Agents of the International Cooperation for the Development of Andalusia (RACDA). e) Have legal capacity and to act in Spain and have physical headquarters and infrastructure in the province of Jaén, the figure of the Delegate being not accepted as valid as the only presence of the Entity in the province of Jaén. f) Accredit sufficient capacity and operational structure to attend to international development cooperation projects that were subsidized, both for the institutional consolidation of the Entity, and for the adequacy of the human resources available to carry out the planned actions. g) Have support in the place where the activity is carried out by a counterpart; that is, a local, public or private organization. h) Have complied with the obligations contained in Royal Decree 519/2006, of April 28, which establishes the Statute of cooperators. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate subsidies for the execution of activities, programs and projects, within the framework of the Budget for the year 2026, intended for Non-Governmental Organizations that carry out solidarity and international cooperation actions for development. Third.- Regulatory bases. Bases for Execution of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén. Fiscal year 2026. (B.O.P. number 248 of 12/30/2025). Fourth.- Amount. Total amount: 400,000.00 euros. Maximum amount per project: 59,999.00 euros. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. One month, counted from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the Call by the BDNS and the corresponding regulatory bases of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other data of interest. Execution period: The execution of the activities, projects and programs to be subsidized will extend from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Eligible activities: The subsidies that are regulated consist of economic collaboration for carrying out solidarity actions and international development cooperation. The specific objective of the execution of the actions is to contribute to alleviating the basic needs of the beneficiary population, which in this area are those related to the eradication of poverty, food, housing, education, social services or small infrastructures. Eligible expenses: These are those provided for in article 21 of the call. Compatibility: Yes. Documentation: That provided for in article 9 of the call. Assessment criteria: They are contained in article 14 of the call. Payment method: Advance payment and subsequent justification by the beneficiary. Form of justification: The justification will take the form of a simplified supporting account of the expense incurred. It is necessary to present the documentation indicated in article 23 of the call. Maximum justification period: Until June 30, 2028.
