Official description of the call
This extract corresponds to the same text of the extracts of the call published with the BDNS codes 891388 and 891408. First. Beneficiaries: Special employment centers may be beneficiaries of the subsidies when they have their own legal personality and are registered as such in the Registry of Special Centers of Castilla-La Mancha, or the entities that own said centers, provided that they comply with the provisions of article 43.2 of the Revised Text of the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their social inclusion, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29. Second. Purpose and eligible expenditure 1. This Decree modifies the regulatory bases for the direct granting of subsidies included in the Labor Inclusion Program for people with disabilities in the protected market of Castilla-La Mancha and the publication of the available credits that finance the subsidies of measure 1, fixed investment that generates employment, of measure 2, of the salary cost of people with disabilities and of measure 3 of personal and social adjustment services through support units. 2. For measure 1, expenses that, in accordance with article 19 of Decree 45/2025, of July 1, have been developed in the period between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, will be eligible for subsidies. 3. For measure 2, expenses that, in accordance with article 28 of Decree 45/2025, of July 1, have been accrued and paid from January 1 to December 31, 2026. 4. For measure 3, expenses that, in accordance with article 39 of Decree 45/2025, of July 1, have been accrued and paid from January 1 to December 31, 2025, will be eligible for subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 45/2025, of July 1, which approves the regulatory bases for the direct granting of subsidies included in the Program for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the protected labor market of Castilla-La Mancha. Room. Amount and amount. 1. The total credit allocated to the financing of the calls amounts to the amount of 31,200,000 euros, financed with the territorial distribution of the finalist funds carried out by the State Public Employment Service, in accordance with the provisions of article 62 of Law 3/2023, of February 28, on Employment. Of this total, the budgetary credit available for measure 1 amounts to 1,200,000 euros, for measure 2 to 29,000,000 euros and for measure 3 to 1,000,000 euros. 2. The amount of the subsidy of measure 1 for fixed investment that generates employment will be up to 12,000 euros for each new hiring on an indefinite basis or for each transformation into indefinite temporary or fixed-term contracts carried out with people with disabilities, without in any case exceeding the real cost that, for this purpose, is justified by the aforementioned investment. This amount will be graduated according to the provisions of article 22.2 of the aforementioned Decree 45/2025, of July 1, on regulatory bases. The amount to be received by each beneficiary entity may not exceed the amount of 50,000 euros. 3. The amount of the subsidy of the average 2 of the salary cost of people with disabilities will be graduated taking into account the type and degree of disability of the recipients, as well as the stability of the jobs they occupy, as provided in article 30 of the aforementioned Decree 45/2025, of July 1, of regulatory bases. The amount will be reduced proportionally to the duration of the contract, as well as to the working day, in the case of part-time work. 4. The amount of the subsidy for average 3 personal and social adjustment services through the support units in the special employment centers is a fixed annual amount of 1,440 euros for each full-time working person with the type and degree of disability included in article 40.1 of Decree 45/2025, of July 1, which approves the regulatory bases for the direct granting of the subsidies included in the Labor Inclusion Program of people with disabilities in the protected labor market of Castilla-La Mancha, with an indefinite or temporary contract of more than six months.
