Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/ First. Beneficiaries. Natural and legal persons who own tourist establishments may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. accommodation and catering establishments that meet the requirements established in these bases and that have been authorized or classified, as established by tourism regulations, in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Activities of the Xunta de Galicia (hereinafter, REAT), the tourist establishment for which the aid is requested, based on articles 50 and 51 of Law 7/2011, of October 27, on tourism in Galicia. Second. Purpose and regime 1. The subsidies regulated by these bases are intended to improve the tourist infrastructure of the Autonomous Community of Galicia by providing incentives for the improvement of the infrastructure of the tourist accommodation and restaurant establishments of the Autonomous Community of Galicia (procedure code TU503A). Specifically, eligible actions are those carried out in any of the following types of tourist establishments: a) Hotel establishments, tourism camps, rural tourism establishments, tourist apartments and tourist lodges, in accordance with article 55.1 of Law 7/2011, of October 27. b) Restaurants included in group I of article 77 of Law 7/2011, of October 27, duly registered and classified in the REAT. 2. Eligible actions will be considered all those that begin on or after January 1, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of February 23, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, under a competitive competition regime, of subsidies for actions to improve the infrastructure of tourist accommodation and restaurant establishments in the Autonomous Community of Galicia and announces its call for the year 2026 (procedure code TU503A). Fourth. Amount 1. The subsidies related to the creation and improvement of the accommodation and restaurant establishments subject to this resolution will be allocated to the budget application 04.A2.761A.770.0, project 2015 00005, with a credit of 4,500,000 euros, of which 3,500,000 euros will be allocated to accommodation establishments and 1,000,000 euros to restaurant establishments, without prejudice to subsequent variations produced as a consequence of the existence of greater budgetary availability, in accordance with the provisions of article 30 of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9/2007 on subsidies of Galicia, which may give rise to the granting of more subsidies, in accordance with the order of priority of applicants that results from the application of the criteria of article 13. In the event that the applications submitted by one of the two categories of establishments do not exhaust the credit allocated to it, they may be allocated to the other category, according to the score achieved. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month. Only one application can be submitted per establishment. In the event that the same owner has several establishments registered in the REAT, they may submit one application for each establishment. Sixth. Subsidy justification deadline The delivery of the supporting documentation will have until November 3, 2026.
