Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit sports clubs or associations, domiciled in the municipality, legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities, and in the Registry of Sports Entities (REE) of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Second. Purpose: The object of this program is the extraordinary sports activities of official competition, carried out during the year 2026, that are related to the sport of Mataró, organized by sports clubs and entities of Mataró, with or without their participation, that are developed punctually in a specific period of time. Official competitions are understood to be those organized directly by a sports federation, through the local club. Third. Regulatory Bases: You can consult the text of the particular and specific Bases and obtain the application form on the City Council website: www.mataro.cat. Room. Amount: These subsidies will be allocated to the budget application 850100 341130 48900 subsidies for extraordinary sporting events, from the current budget of the Mataró City Council, with a maximum of 18,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from March 17 to April 7, 2026. The City Council will provide a dossier with the necessary documentation to request and justify the subsidy, which will be available to interested parties and must be presented duly signed within the deadline for submitting applications. Applications and required documentation must be submitted electronically by entities and individuals, using the Electronic Office (https://seu.mataro.cat) or in person exclusively for individuals at the Citizen Assistance Offices, requesting a mandatory prior appointment through www.mataro.cat/citaprevia or through the Citizen Assistance Telephone 010 (free).
