Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The status of beneficiary person/entity (hereinafter beneficiary) may be obtained by natural or legal persons, private or public, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate property, even if it lacks legal personality, or non-profit entity expressly declared of public utility, who hold the status of owners, usufructuaries, or holders of real rights or any other right that legitimizes them to use and exploit the home located in Tolosa and who adhere to the program. Bizigune, signing the corresponding usufruct contract with Alokabide, and that they comply with the requirements established in these bases and in the corresponding Second call. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, to promote, through aid for housing renovation, social rentals in Tolosa. More specifically, it is financial aid that aims to carry out works on behalf of the property that Alokabide's technical staff establishes for the inclusion of the home in the Bizigune program. Third. Regulatory Bases. Specific bases for granting subsidies to promote social rentals through aid for housing renovation in Tolosa. Room. Amount. The total amount of subsidies to be granted in this call will be FORTY THOUSAND (40,000.00) euros charged to the following item of the General Budgets of the Tolosa City Council: 600,780.02.152.20 (2026). Expenses derived from the execution of works for the rehabilitation of the home (with the exception of VAT and any other tax) on account of the property that the Alokabide technical staff establishes for the inclusion of the home in the Bizigune program. with the following maximums: 50% of the amount of the work requested by Alokabide with a maximum of €6,000 or €12,000 in the case of homes located in the Historic Center or in the sub-area of Plaza Euskal Herria and surrounding areas. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline to submit applications will be from June 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026. Sixth. Other data. The renovation works included in the last favorable Alokabide technical report, dated between September 1, 2025 and July 15, 2026, will be subsidized. The actions to be subsidized will be those carried out after the granting of the municipal works license and before the preparation of the aforementioned Alokabide technical report. Aid will be granted in order of submission of applications, until the amount provided for in the budget has been exhausted. It will be understood that the application has been submitted when it is presented accompanied by all the necessary documentation
