Extract from the Resolution of March xx, 2026, of the General Directorate of Incentives for Employment and Business Competitiveness, which calls for, for the year 2026, the granting of Line 3 subsidies regulated in the Order of October 3, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for job placement and the promotion of hiring in the field of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Emplea-T Program. BDNS (Identification): xxxx In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Andalusian Government. First. Call. Call for the 2026 financial year the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at job placement and the promotion of hiring in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, regulated in the Order of October 3, 2024, within the framework of the Emplea-T Program, of the following line: Line 3: Incentive for the conversion of ordinary indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time by self-employed workers and SMEs. Second. Legal Regime. This call will be governed by the provisions of the regulatory bases, as well as by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the moment in which the call begins to produce its effects. Third. Object. The purpose of this call is to encourage, by self-employed workers, mutual members of professional associations and SMEs, the conversion of ordinary indefinite part-time contracts into ordinary indefinite full-time contracts to improve the quality of employment. Room. Requirements. To access the status of beneficiary, applicants must generally comply, in addition to the specific conditions established for Line 3 of the subsidy, with the requirements set forth in article 4 of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Line 3. Incentive for the conversion of ordinary indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time by self-employed workers and SMEs. Eligible concept, beneficiaries and amount of the subsidy. 1. Eligible concept. In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the regulatory bases, the subsidies contemplated in this line are intended to encourage the conversion of ordinary part-time indefinite contracts into ordinary full-time indefinite contracts for workers over 30 years of age. The age condition must be met on the day of the start of the conversion of the employment relationship. The initial part-time workday, subject to the subsidized increase, must be equal to or less than 50% of the full working day. Subsidized ordinary indefinite contracting must be maintained for a minimum period of twenty-four months from the date of the conversion of the working day. The conversion of the ordinary indefinite contract from part-time to full-time that occurs in the period between January 1, 2026 and the final day of the application submission period will be eligible. For these purposes, the start date of the conversion of the ordinary indefinite contract from part-time to full-time will be considered the date of variation of Social Security affiliation data due to modification of the working day, which must be between January 1, 2026 and ten days after the date of submission of each subsidy application. 2. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of article 15 of the regulatory bases, the following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this line: a) Self-employed and mutual workers from professional associations who are registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA) or in the corresponding alternative mutual benefit of their professional associations. b) SMEs. 3.
