BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First. Beneficiary entities 1. Organizations or private non-profit entities that meet the following requirements may obtain the status of beneficiary entities of the subsidies related to programs for the elderly and associations and action programs for neurodegenerative diseases that affect older people: a) At the time of the end of the application submission period established in the corresponding call, they are registered in the General Registry of Owners of Activities, Services and Social Service Centers of the Valencian Community of the Department with jurisdiction over social services policies, in the section corresponding to older people. b) Have institutional purposes included in their Statutes, related to the purpose of the programs subject to the subsidy. In the case of subsidies for programs corresponding to the neurodegenerative diseases sector aimed at promoting the personal autonomy of elderly people in a situation of dependency, the applicant entities must have the corresponding accreditation as a service for the promotion of personal autonomy for people in a situation of dependency, granted by the Department with jurisdiction in matters of social services for older people. 2. Compliance with the conditions established in this article to have the status of beneficiary will refer to the end date of the application submission period. Second. Purpose To call for subsidies to finance the implementation of action programs on neurodegenerative diseases that affect the elderly sector. Third. Financing The subsidy contained in this call will be granted from the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2026, resulting from the extension of the budgets for the year 2025, provided for in Section G0116, service 03, section 01, budget subprogram 313.F00 “Older Persons”, chapter IV, in the budget line and for the amount detailed below: Denomination: Actions on neurodegenerative diseases Subsidy line: S0281 Budget allocation: €2,025,000.00 Fourth. Eligible expenses 1. Eligible expenses will be considered: personnel expenses and general expenses for its operation, realization and fulfillment of its objectives, which have been carried out and accrued in the period between January 1 and December 31, 2026. Proof of payment of invoices will be accepted until January 31, 2027: a) Personnel Expenses: 1st. The salary remuneration of personnel hired by the same entity, attributable to the implementation of the project, in a regular contracting situation. In this section of personnel expenses, the following may be allocated: remuneration and personnel expenses directly linked to the development of the project. Gross salaries, Social Security contributions paid by the company and other salary costs such as extraordinary payments, and other remuneration derived from the applicable labor regulations, generated during the execution period and depending on the percentage of dedication to the 2nd project, will be eligible for subsidies. Expenses derived from professional or assistance personnel hired through a service provision contract during the duration of the program b) General Expenses: 1st. Current expenses are those that meet any of the following characteristics: being fungible goods, having a foreseeable duration of less than the financial year, not being susceptible to inclusion in inventory or being foreseeably repetitive expenses. 2nd. Maintenance expenses strictly necessary to achieve the purpose and object of the subsidy: rent, electricity, water, telephone, cleaning or similar. 3rd. Transportation expenses will be eligible for subsidies: transportation costs assigned to the project being executed, provided that the trip is necessary and its direct relationship with the development of the project is justified (accredited by a certificate from the presidency
