Call for the granting of aid for actions related to the prevention of forest fires, forest management and rural agricultural development for the year 2026

Official description of the call

PURPOSE AND SUPPLIABLE ACTIVITY The object of this call is the granting of aid on a competitive basis, to natural or legal persons, intended for actions related to the prevention of forest fires, forest management and rural agricultural development for the year 2026. In accordance with the specific regulatory bases, the following actions may be subject to aid: Expenses aimed at correcting damage caused by natural phenomena. The performance of forestry work that whose purpose is the prevention of forest fires and which are contemplated in a planning instrument. Silvicultural work to treat pests and improve forestry. Reforestation work included in the management plans, which have as their purpose the protection or improvement of the forest mass. Clearing of valleys, margins, reeds or sugarcane fields. The improvement of agricultural holdings, including the construction or improvement of facilities and buildings directly linked and intended for the exploitation. Actions included in the Master Plan of the Sabadell Agrarian Park. Each beneficiary may only obtain a subsidy for one program or activity. BENEFICIARIES Sabadell City Council will grant aid to those natural or legal persons who have a public deed or transfer document of the forestry and agricultural property in Sabadell who meet the following requirements: Having been a taxpayer of the Tax on rural land in the current year and IBI of the home related to agricultural or forestry activity. Have carried out any of the forestry actions to improve and generate ecosystem cycles described in the subject of the subsidy. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations and not incur any of the circumstances that make it impossible to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies, in accordance with article 13 of Law 38/2003, on subsidies. The beneficiary's obligations are: To effectively carry out the eligible activity, to certify to the City Council that the activity that is the subject of the subsidy has been carried out, that the requirements established in these bases have been met and that the amount of the subsidy has been invested in the activity that is the object. The City Council may request all the necessary documents to verify the application of the subsidy. REGULATORY BASES The call will be governed by its specific bases approved by the Municipal Plenary Session according to the agreement of April 26, 2018 (BOP of Barcelona CVE 2018021926, of June 5, 2018). 4. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA For the evaluation of the applications, each of the concepts for which a subsidy is requested will be scored according to the list presented: 1. Action carried out to correct damage caused by natural phenomena (wind, rain, drought and snow): 100 points per hectare 2. Forestry work that aims to prevent forest fires and that is contemplated in a planning instrument: 80 points per hectare 3. Silvicultural work for pest treatment and forest improvement: 70 points per hectare 4. Reforestation and irrigation support work included in the management plans, whose purpose is the protection or improvement of the forest mass: 60 points per hectare 5. Clearing of valleys, margins, reed beds or reed beds: 50 points per hectare 6. Improvement of agricultural holdings, including construction or improvement of facilities and buildings directly linked and intended for exploitation: 50 points. Forest exploitation based on economic criteria will not be subsidized.
