First.- Object.The First Prize for theatrical texts convened by the Tomelloso City Council, within the annual call for the “Ciudad de Tomelloso” literary contests, aims to promote and encourage literary production in the field of theater and the talent of its creators. Second.- Beneficiaries. Individuals, of legal age, national or foreign, may apply for the prize with the presentation of a single work, with a free theme and written in Spanish. Spanish, original and unpublished, that has not been published or represented, before or during the selection process and until the moment of the jury's decision.Third.- Regulatory bases.This call will be governed by the bases approved by resolution of the Mayor-Presidency published on the Notice Board of this City Council on February 11, 2026.Fourth.- Amount.A single prize of €2,000.00 is established for the winning text. Fifth.- The submission period will end on April 15, 2026. Sixth.- Presentation of the works. It will be carried out as provided in the Rules.
