March 13, 2026 of the Undersecretary of Defense, which approves the call for subsidies to professional associations of members of the Armed Forces for the year 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The professional associations of members of the Armed Forces with representation in COPERFAS, according to certification by the Permanent Secretary of COPERFAS and that comply with the obligations contained in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may obtain beneficiary status. The beneficiaries must not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, whose justification must be made in accordance with the provisions of article 13.7 of the aforementioned Law. Second. Purpose: This resolution aims to approve the call for the granting of subsidies in order to financially support those professional associations of members of the Armed Forces that have representation in the Armed Forces Personnel Council (COPERFAS). Its purpose is to facilitate those professional associations of members of the Armed Forces with representation in COPERFAS the exercise of the rights that, in matters of professional, economic and social interests of their associates, are conferred on them by article 40.1 of Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27, on the rights and duties of members of the Armed Forces. Third. Regulatory bases. Approved by Order DEF/670/2022, of July 7 (B.O.E. no. 171, of July 18, 2022). Room. Amount. The subsidies granted under this call will be financed through the expenses budget of the Ministry of Defense, charged to application 14.01.121M2.485.05 (“Professional military associations”), for an amount of 100,000.00 euros whose distribution will be made in accordance with the criteria established in article 8 of the regulatory bases and will extend to the expenses, derived from the activities carried out by the respective beneficiary associations in compliance with its social objective, accrued during the year of this call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other data. In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 e) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications must be submitted by electronic means through the Central Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Defense [http://sede.defensa.gob.es].
