Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural persons, private for-profit legal entities, private non-profit entities and groups of any of them, provided that they all have employed persons. And also, communities of property, civil societies or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that lack legal personality and have employed persons. Second. Object. Call for aid from the Safer Castilla-La Mancha Program, for the year 2026, which includes the following lines of aid: - Line 1 PRL Investment. This line aims to facilitate the implementation of preventive measures in work centers, promoting the implementation of investment projects in facilities and equipment that improve health and safety conditions in said centers. - Line 2 Certifies PRL. This line aims to facilitate the implementation, certification and renewal of standardized standards in terms of occupational health and safety management, promoting the implementation and certification of said systems, as well as the renewal of this certification. - Line 3 ORP Evaluation. This line is intended to facilitate the assessment of risks arising from inhalation exposure to hazardous chemical agents, including the measurement of concentrations of the agent in the air. - Line 4 ORP Research. This line aims to facilitate the execution of research projects on occupational health and safety, promoting the development of those projects aimed at improving the aforementioned conditions. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 64/2025, of May 13, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the aid of the Safer Castilla-La Mancha Program. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies. The credit allocated to the financing of the subsidies provided for in the call amounts to 2,630,000.00 euros, charged to the 2026 budget. The amount of the subsidy will be 50% for aid lines 1, 2 and 4, and 75% for line 3, a percentage referring in all cases to the cost of eligible investments or actions; The maximum amounts and minimum eligible expenses for each of the aid lines being the following: For Line 1, the eligible amount in no case can exceed 25,000 euros, per beneficiary entity and the minimum eligible expense will be 500 euros. For Line 2, the eligible amount cannot in any case exceed 5,000 euros, per beneficiary entity, and the minimum eligible expense will be 1,000 euros. For Line 3, the eligible amount cannot in any case exceed 3,000 euros, per beneficiary entity, and the minimum eligible expense will be 200 euros. For Line 4, the eligible amount can in no case exceed 20,000 euros, per beneficiary entity, and the minimum eligible expense will be 3,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. One month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Applications will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es).
