Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: 1. Any natural person or non-profit entity, with or without legal personality, including communities of owners, may be beneficiaries of this aid. 2.,To obtain the status of beneficiary, they must meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second.- Purpose: 1.,,The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies intended to finance the renovation of low-voltage electrical installations that have been executed and put into service prior to September 18, 2003, and that have not been modified after that date, inside residential buildings, located within the territory of the Principality of Asturias. 2., For the installations to be eligible for subsidies, it is necessary that they comply with the current Electrotechnical Regulation for Low Voltage, approved by Royal Decree 842/2002, of August 2, and other applicable regulations, and that they have been executed between January 1, 2026 and October 16, 2026 (both included). Third.- Regulatory bases: Resolution of July 28, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the renewal of low-voltage electrical installations in the Principality of Asturias (Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of August 9, 2023) and corrects an error noted therein by Resolution of December 26, 2023. 2023 (Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of January 9, 2024). Fourth.- Eligible actions and amount of the subsidy: Called credit: TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€250,000.00) recorded in budget application 1407.731A.786.011. The amount of the subsidies will be determined for each line of action or parts thereof, not being mutually exclusive, and as specified in the Second Resolution (point 3) of the call. ",,Line 1.- Interior electrical installation of the home. ",,Line 2.- Centralization of Counters, General Power Line, General Protection Box (and optionally Individual Derivations). ",,Line 3.- Electrical installation associated with the common services of the building. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other information: The subsidy application will be formulated in accordance with the official model and will be accompanied by the documents specified in the regulatory bases and included in section 5. The models and annexes are available at the electronic headquarters of the principality of Asturias https://miprincipado.asturias.es, indicating in the header search engine the procedure code AYUD0035T01, in which the full text of the call will be found, as well as the possibility of electronically starting the application. They will be directed to the Energy Management Service with identification code (DIR) A03003933. The complementary documentation will be carried out in the terms provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The application must be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the Fifth Base of the Regulatory Bases, approved by Resolution of July 28, 2023 (BOPA of August 9, 2023). in the Ninth Base of the Regulatory Bases, approved by Resolution of July 28, 2023, and the documents proving the effective realization of the subsidized expense must be submitted until October 23, 2026. However, if at the time of submitting the subsidy application, you can already have the documents that make up the content of the supporting account for these aids referred to in the ninth regulatory base, they may be presented together with said application. In the event that, due to delay in the execution of the subsidized action, it is foreseeable that it will be impossible to proceed with the justification of the subsidized expense within the period established in the first point of section 9, prior to its expiration, the
