Official description of the call
First: Object. Aid to production companies for the participation of Spanish films in festivals and in prestigious film award ceremonies, competitions hereinafter, that end between November 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, which are listed in the third rule, provided that said films: a) Have Spanish nationality or are in a position to obtain it by meeting the requirements established for access to it by article 5 of the Law 55/2007, of December 28, and their recognition is being processed when this aid is requested, and b) They have a prior invitation or have been selected by the festival promoter or entity convening the award. Second: Beneficiaries. Those Spanish producers that meet the requirements established in article 5.1 of the Order CLT/207/2025, of February 24, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third: Regulatory bases. Order CLT/207/2025, of February 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the participation of cinematographic films and other Spanish audiovisual works in festivals and other international audiovisual events. Fourth: Amount. The total amount of this call amounts to 700,000 euros. The individual amount of each aid will be equal to the total amount of the eligible expenses actually incurred on the occasion of the event and expressed in the application with the maximum limit provided for in the allocation indicated in the event lists and, where appropriate, taking into account certain corrections. Fifth: Application submission deadlines. The deadlines for submitting applications will be: a) for the first period: 1. competitions that ended before the day of publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette, ten calendar days counting from the day following said publication. 2. competitions that end between the day of publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette and March 31, 2026, ten calendar days from the day following the end date of each competition. b) for the second period: contests that end between April 1 and September 30, 2026, ten calendar days counted from the day following the end date of each contest.
