Beneficiaries 1.1- Agricultural cooperatives defined in the Law on Cooperatives and Other Non-Profit Agricultural Entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, where their members are mainly professional farmers and whose objectives include the development of the agricultural sector, which act totally or mostly within the scope defined in the review of the Special Plan of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park definitively approved on March 5, 2015, and which comply with the requirements described in article 13 of the LGS, and meet the following conditions: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry. b) Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations before the Generalitat of Catalonia and the General Administration of the State, and with obligations before Social Security. 1.2- Compliance with these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documents indicated in article 5 of the bases. 1.3-Entities benefiting from a subsidy related to the marketing of their agricultural production must have been granted or in process authorization to use the identification “FRESH Product of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park” for productions that are marketed through the channels and/or media (packaging, etc.) promoted by the Consortium. In the event that they market with the partners' brands, they must have authorization to use the aforementioned identification from the Consortium. 1.4-The submission of the application entails the authorization of the applicant so that, if they are a beneficiary, the Consortium, through the Barcelona Provincial Council, directly obtains accreditation of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations through telematic certificates. The applicant may deny this consent through an express statement; In this case, you are obliged to provide the certificates provided for in article 45 of the Ordinance. Second. Object and purpose of the subsidies 2.1- The object of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, payment and justification of the subsidies granted by the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park Consortium, for agricultural cooperatives and other non-profit agricultural entities that act totally or mainly within the scope of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park for the improvement of the processes of production, transformation, marketing and management of services in the agricultural sector. 2.2- The beneficiaries of these bases are the agricultural cooperatives defined in the Law on Cooperatives and Other Non-Profit Agricultural Entities, when their members are mostly professional farmers and whose objectives include the development of the agricultural sector, which act totally or mostly within the scope defined in the review of the Special Plan of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park definitively approved on March 5, 2015. 2.3- The subsidies must finance actions. or activities that are related to the objectives of the regulations of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park and that are developed within the corresponding scope provided for in article 2.2 of these bases. 2.3- Subsidies that respond to criteria of mere liberality are prohibited, which will be considered null. 2.4- The following actions may be subject to subsidy: For the improvement of infrastructure: New facilities and improvement works for the storage, classification, quality control, authorization, conservation, transformation and marketing of agricultural products and their derivatives. Acquisition of agricultural or livestock machinery/equipment intended for the production, standardization, transformation or conservation of agricultural production for use in a common regime or by the entity itself. Equipment to implement product traceability is included. Construction and/or rehabilitation of a water loading point for phytosanitary treatments. To improve marketing: d) Conditioning of stops or points of sale of agricultural products marketed by the entity. is excluded
