Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries All companies and self-employed workers with a permanent branch or office, for at least one year prior to this call, in the Autonomous Community of Galicia or in a Member State of the EU, or that are part of the agreement that establishes the European Economic Area, who carry out their usual activity in Galicia and who are dedicated to the management of artists or musical groups or to phonographic publishing, will be eligible for these subsidies. Management is understood as the management, promotion, advice and planning of the professional career of artists and musical groups in a professional and competitive market. Phonographic editing is understood as the fixation of audio on a medium for communication or publication. Second. Purpose To determine the conditions by which the granting of subsidies will be regulated, on a competitive basis, from the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries for musical creation, production, promotion and dissemination projects. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of March 5, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for musical creation, production, promotion and dissemination projects, and proceeds to the call for the year 2026 (procedure code CT207L). Room. Amount These aids will be financed with a total credit of 150,000 euros, distributed in two years, 75,000 euros in the 2026 year and 75,000 euros in the 2027 year, attributable to the budget application 13.A1.432B.770.0, of the project code 2015 00003, of the Galician Agency for the Cultural Industries. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the corresponding call in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
