Natural persons (self-employed workers) and legal entities established under commercial or civil form and communities of property that are included in the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Likewise, applications may be submitted by groups of natural and/or legal persons, in accordance with the provisions of article 8.3 of Law 9/2007, of June 13. Line 2. Public or private non-profit entities (except local entities). Likewise, applications may be submitted by groups of non-profit entities, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned article 8.3 of Law 9/2007, of June 13. Second.Object and regime 1. The subsidies regulated by these bases are intended to encourage projects to promote and energize Jacobean values ​​and culture, promoting the cultural, natural and human wealth of the Camino de Santiago within the Xacobeo 2027 (procedure code TU300A). The projects must promote dialogue around this great European cultural itinerary, making the Jacobean cultural heritage known as a source of inspiration for contemporary artistic creation; promote the development of the rural areas of the Camino de Santiago or promote knowledge of the heritage related to the Camino de Santiago among the youngest through the celebration of exhibitions, publications, artistic or audiovisual creations, seminars, conferences, meetings, forums, sports activities, gastronomic samples, festivals and training and exchange of thought events, among others. 2. The projects that will be subsidized under this call must be developed in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Galicia and must be executed and justified in the following way: — 2026 expenses: from July 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. — 2027 expenses: from January 1 to November 30, 2027. For these purposes, the appropriate modifications must be made to the expenditure file and the publication in the same media as in the call, as provided in article 31 of the regulations of the Galician Subsidy Law. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be, for the year 2026, one month from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. For the 2027 annuity, the deadline for submitting applications will be from October 1 to October 31, 2026. If the last day of the deadline is a non-business day, it will be understood as extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the deadline expires on the last day of the month.
