Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The recipients of the benefits regulated in this Ordinance may be any natural person and/or cohabitation unit that is in a situation of socioeconomic difficulty or at risk of social exclusion and whose granting makes it possible to contain or prevent the worsening of the situation of need. Second. Purpose The economic benefits contemplated in this Ordinance will be considered, in all its effects, social benefits of an economic nature, which are defined in Law 13/2026, of July 27, as monetary contributions made by the Administration of the Generalitat and local entities that have the purpose of addressing certain situations of need in which people find themselves who do not have sufficient economic resources to face them and are not in a position to obtain them or receive them from other sources. Third. Regulatory bases The Ordinance regulating the granting of economic social benefits of the Mancomunitat La Plana was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on March 31, 2026. Fourth. Amount The budget credit to which the aid is allocated is the one included in budget item 4210/23100/4800100 with a maximum amount of 57,964.77 euros. Fifth.
