In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidy Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): described below, provided that they carry out their activity mainly in Galicia and comply with the requirements established in these bases: a) The physical (autonomous) and private legal persons that are constituted as an audiovisual production company, producer of video games or audiovisual distributor, that carry out their activity under the headings 961.1 e 962.1 of the IAE or 582.1 and 620 of the CNAE. b) The physical (autonomous) and private legal persons who are constituted as a production company under section 961.1 of the IAE., provided that they can prove a minimum of 20% ownership of the audiovisual work of the project that is submitted to this call c) The physical persons who appear as responsible for the direction, or the script, of the audiovisual work of the project that is presented to this call. Purpose These subsidies will be financed from the funding appropriations of the Galician Cultural Industries Agency allocated for this purpose in funding 2026 in funding application 2026.13.A1.432B.470.0 in project code 2015-00003, for an amount of 80,000 euros.
