Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://www.dphuesca.es/subvenciones-iniciativas-programas-europeos). First. Beneficiaries. Municipalities and regions of the province of Huesca that meet the requirements demanded in the call. Second. Object. The granting of subsidies to Municipalities and Regions, intended to cover current expenses derived from the celebration of fairs and promotional events, held or to be held, in the province of Huesca, from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, included within the Calendar of Official Fairs and Exhibitions of Aragon for the corresponding year: ORDER PEJ/100/2025, of January 22, of the Department of the Presidency, Economy and Justice, by which the Calendar of Official Fairs and Exhibitions of Aragon is made public during the year 2025, published in BOA no. 22, February 3, 2025; and ORDER PEJ/1902/2026, of December 30, which makes public the Calendar of Official Fairs and Exhibitions of Aragon during the year 2026, published in BOA no. 8, of January 14, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Huesca, published in BOP No. 18, of January 29, 2021 and its subsequent modifications. Room. Amount. The maximum amount of subsidies to be granted by the Provincial Council of Huesca amounts to €265,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be accompanied by the documentation listed in clause four of the call.
