Official description of the call

First. Call. The University of Huelva calls on a competitive basis, mobility places for PTGAS of the UHU for the 2026/27 academic year, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program that encompasses all education, training, youth and sports initiatives. The purpose of this call is to offer 20 mobility places for the PTGAS Erasmus+ for training of the University of Huelva in universities in EU member states and third countries associated with the program with inter-institutional agreements and the United Kingdom (UK). This action allows the professional development of the PTGAS of the University of Huelva through training activities abroad (except attendance at conferences) and observational learning or training at a university or other relevant organization abroad. Training activities may include: Observational learning: participants can spend a period of time in a host organization in another country with the aim of learning new practices and gathering new ideas through observation and interaction with peer staff, experts or other professionals in their daily work in the host organisation. Teaching or training placements: participants may spend a period of time teaching or training trainees in a host organization in another country as a way of learning through the performance of their tasks and exchange with peer staff. Courses and training: participants may benefit from a structured course or a similar type of training delivered by qualified staff and based on a training programme. predefined learning and learning outcomes.* Examples:- International weeks in universities.- Meetings with those responsible for the Erasmus Program at the host university.- Meetings with counterpart staff in the corresponding services at the host university. The host organization must be:- A higher education institution from an EU member state or a third country associated with the Erasmus+ program- Any public or private organization from an EU member state or third country associated with the program active in the labor market or in the fields of education, training or youth. The minimum duration of the activity will be 5 full working days at the destination institution and the maximum duration will be 2 months. The maximum financeable stay is 5 days plus 2 days of travel. Places with funding will be subject to the approval of funds by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE) for this action. Stays may be carried out from the day of publication of the final award until July 31, 2027. The application and management of this call will be carried out through the UMove application integrated into the International Relations Service, establishing the use of a personal username and password for access. Both credentials are sufficient proof of identity, and replace the handwritten signature, for the purposes of applying for and waiving the mobility place provided for in this call. Second. Regulatory Bases. This Call is governed by the rector's resolution of September 30, 2025, of the University of Huelva, which approves the “Regulatory bases of scholarships and aid for international mobility of the University of Huelva”, published in BOJA of October 6, 2025. Third. Financing. The budget item allocated will be the following, charged to the subsidy that the European Commission allocates to this program managed by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE): − Expenditure Center 80010600 – Program 821I – Economic Classification 483.00 – Amount: €40,000 €25,000 in the year 2026 and €15,000 in 2027. Maintenance: The amounts will depend on the country of destination based on the indicated group: Group Destination countries: Group 1. Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Amount to be received per day worked (Maximum 5 school days): €120. Group 2. Cyprus, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Malta and Portugal.
