First. Regulatory bases: The granting of aid will be governed by the provisions of this call, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the regulations of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for Granting Subsidies by the Teruel City Council, initially approved by the Full City Council on July 7, 2025 and its final approval published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel No. 168 of September 5, 2025, the Bases for Execution of the Municipal Budget for 2026. Amount: Maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €100,000.00. Fifth.
