Subsidies to promote responsible behavior of people who own pets in the municipality. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First.- PurposeTo promote the responsible behavior of people who own domestic animals who Help maintain public order and peaceful coexistence with the rest of the neighborhood. Second.- BeneficiariesPersons who own or possess the domestic animal or animals in accordance with the definition of article 3 of Legislative Decree 2/2008, of April 15, with compliance with the rest of the requirements of the bases. Third.- Amount Regarding the acquisition of the microchip: the aid takes as a reference the price borne by the beneficiaries for the acquisition of the microchip, with a maximum of €25 per animal. Regarding the adoption of the animal: the aid takes as a reference the price borne by the beneficiaries for the adoption of the animal, with a percentage of 50% of the adoption cost and a maximum of €100 for dogs and €60 for cats.
