Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans): First: Beneficiaries Will be able to benefit from this aid non-profit entities with a musical group, with registered office in the province of Valencia, that are federated in the corresponding federation, provided for in the first clause of this call, before April 25, 2025, and that remain in this situation. The federations expressly mentioned in the first clause of the call may not be beneficiaries. I. Choirs: musical groups with choirs, federated in the Federation of Choirs of the Valencian Community; or the Folklore Federation of the Valencian Community. II. Pulse and Plectrum Orchestras and Rondallas: musical groups with pulse and plectrum orchestras or rondallas, federated in the Federation of Pulse and Plectrum Orchestras and Rondallas of the Valencian Community; or the Folklore Federation of the Valencian Community. III. Tabal and dulzaina groups: musical groups with tabal and dulzaina groups, federated in the Valencian Federation of Dolçainers i Dolçaineres i Tabaleters i Tabaleteres; or the Folklore Federation of the Valencian Community. IV. Popular dance groups: musical groups with popular dance groups, federated in the Folklore Federation of the Valencian Community. V. Big Bands: musical groups with jazz groups (in all its modalities), federated in the Federation of Big Bands of the province of Valencia. Second. Object Under sections 2 and 36 of article 1.2 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, the object of this aid is the continuity of musical activity and the dissemination of music by Valencian authors and the consolidation of federated musical groups. To obtain this aid, it will be an additional material obligation to hold a concert or performance, which in the case of popular dance groups must be accompanied by live music, between October 20, 2025 and October 18, 2026, by the requesting musical group. Third. Regulatory bases. The General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by agreement of the Plenary of March 28, 2017, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 101, of May 29, 2017, whose consolidated text can be consulted, for information purposes, in the subsidies section of the transparency portal of the Valencia Provincial Council. Room. Financing and amount. The financing of the expense derived from the concession, under a competitive competition regime, will be attributed to budget application 301.33408.48200 of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Valencia for 2026. Amount of the call: 360,000 euros. The amount of subsidies planned for the activity of musical groups will be prorated among the beneficiaries, with the individual amount being a maximum of 1,500 euros per beneficiary entity. Fifth. Submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, starting on the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. The applications, addressed to the president of the Provincial Council, will be presented at the Electronic Headquarters of the Valencia Provincial Council (www.sede.dival.es), in the procedures-Culture catalogue. They must be formulated, in any case, by the person who holds the legal representation of the requesting entity through an electronic certificate of electronic signature of representative. In these it will be responsibly declared that the requesting entity is not subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary, provided for in art. 13 LGS and in art. 6 of the General Subsidies Ordinance. Likewise, it will be responsibly declared that at least 20% of the associate members of the requesting entity reside in the same municipality as the entity; that the number of associate members is the minimum required in the call according to the type of entity; and that the entity has its registered office in the municipality it represents.
