Official description of the call
By resolution of the mayor's office 278/2026, of February 5, the call for the granting of aid for the inclusion of minors for the financial year 2026 has been approved. Extract from the call for aid for the social inclusion of minors for the financial year 2026 I.- JUSTIFICATION OF THE CALL This call is governed by the Ordinance regulating aid for the social inclusion of minors approved by the Plenary session of the corporation on November 28, 2023 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, No. 33 dated February 15, 2024, as well as as provided in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies.II.- PURPOSE OF THE CALL1. It is the purpose of this document to call for the financial year 2026, aid for the social and educational inclusion of children, established in the Ordinance regulating aid for the social inclusion of minors, described above.2. The following aid is called, which is detailed in section XX of this call: a) Complementary aid for school cafeteria. b) Complementary aid for curricular educational materials and activities. c) Aid for schooling of minors at risk of social exclusion from 0 to 3 years. IV.- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: 1. That the minor lives in Silla and is registered in the municipal Register of inhabitants, as well as the parents, at least one of them with individual or shared custody, will have to be registered in the Register during the six months prior to the application. 2. Favorable report from the competent technical person of the Primary Care Team of Social Services in which the need to grant the aid is determined. 3. Accreditation of the vulnerability situation in accordance with the scales provided for this purpose, established in Annex I.4. Special situations will be assessed by the Primary Care Team, which may exempt one or some requirements, when the socio-family situation requires it.5. These aids will be directly granted when any of the following situations are proven: a) Sons or daughters of victims of gender violence. b) Victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation. c) Victims of sexual violence. d) People evicted from their habitual residence. e) Homeless people. f) Asylum, refugees, stateless persons, sheltered under the temporary protection regime or other subsidiary protection statutes.6. People who are not included in the previous situations but are vulnerable may request aid, which will be granted directly as long as they exceed the scale established in the call. The number of aid will be subject to the number of places offered.7. These requirements must be met on the date of the corresponding aid application.V.- MAXIMUM TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES AND BUDGET APPLICATION The maximum credit available for the granting of aid will be attributed to budget application 480-3263, for the concept “Individual aid and charitable care. Social and educational inclusion program” and for an amount of 7,000 euros. The maximum total amount is estimated, therefore the granting of subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution.VI.- INDIVIDUAL AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL AID1. Each applicant may receive the aid corresponding to each of the programs from which they are a beneficiary, an amount that will be paid directly to the educational center, sports club or company that provides the service. 2. Regarding the amount, up to 100% of the amount of the service or activity may be granted, with the overall limit being the budgetary availability existing in the application described in the previous section.
