Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: 1. The company may have the status of beneficiary, whatever its legal form, that is validly constituted at the time of submitting the application, is the owner in Cantabria of one of the economic activities listed in article 2 of Order IND/20/2025, of March 28, which establishes the regulatory bases for the INDUSTRY 4.0 line of subsidies, and is registered in the heading corresponding tax on economic activities and Social Security. The occurrence of the aforementioned circumstances will be assessed ex officio by the investigating body. 2. Newly created companies may be beneficiaries, even if they are not registered with Social Security at the time of submitting the application, and must, in this case, prove their work activity in any Social Security regime as of the date of justification. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this Order is to approve the call for aid, to be granted under a competitive competition regime, aimed at subsidizing innovation projects in the business environment through investment in the implementation of solutions in the field of Industry 4.0, improving processes, products and business models. The purpose is to subsidize projects that consist of the incorporation of technologies that simultaneously contemplate solutions for the hybridization of the physical world and the digital world, communications and data processing, and intelligence and intra-company or inter-company management located at a TRL level (Technology Readiness Levels) 5 to 9, both included. Third.- Regulatory Bases: Order IND/20/2025, of March 28, which establishes the regulatory bases of the INDUSTRY 4.0 line of subsidies (BOC no. 66 of April 4). Fourth.- Amount: The financial envelope of the call for subsidies amounts to €1,500,000. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: One month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.
