Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries. Municipalities, local entities with a territorial scope lower than the municipal level and Associations of the province of Valencia that have the corresponding PLGRDA approved by the competent body of the corporation, prior to the publication in the BOP of the announcement of this call. Second. Object. Realization of real investments aimed at meeting the qualitative and quantitative objectives provided for in the previously approved Local Plans for the Management of Domestic and Similar Waste (PLGRDA). Third. Regulatory bases. Published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 101, dated May 29, 2017 with its subsequent modifications. Room. Financing and amount. The total amount available for this call is €1,617,340.00. The maximum eligible amount will be €28,000 per applicant entity (VAT included). The beneficiary entity will assume any excess over the maximum eligible amount that corresponds to it. Fifth. Presentation deadline. It will be 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Sixth. Payment of the subsidy The following payments on account will be made: • 85% of the award amount will be paid once the concession agreement has been published, unless there is an express waiver, which must be notified within a period of 10 days from the publication of the concession. • The remaining 15% will be paid after the presentation of the supporting documentation, in accordance with the bases of this call. Seventh. Deadline and form of justification The deadline for the execution and justification of the subsidy ends twelve months from the day following the publication of the concession agreement. In general terms and in application of the provisions of article 28.2 of the OGS, it is established that the justification will be carried out through the simplified supporting account modality.
