First. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, with or without legal personality, including communities of owners and communities of property, of homes and buildings intended mainly for residential use, located within the municipal area of ​​Banyoles, with ownership title or any other right that allows them to carry out the actions and comply with the obligations established in the corresponding bases. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies aimed at stimulating and promoting initiatives for the restoration and rehabilitation of facades of the private real estate park in the municipality of Banyoles, within the limits established in the municipal budget.
