Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Elderly people and people with disabilities who meet the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases and detailed in the Resolution approving the call. Second. Purpose: To finance expenses incurred during the 2026 budget year, as well as those expenses incurred during the 2025 financial year, which have been accredited since the end date of the ordinary deadline for submitting applications for the call for these individual aid corresponding to the 2025 financial year. Third. Regulatory bases: Resolution of April 4, 2011, of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Housing (BOPA of April 25). Room. Amount of aid: The amount to be granted will be the lesser of these two amounts: the amount requested under the budget presented by the applicant or the maximum amount set in the Annex to the Resolution for each of the concepts, in the event that the budget exceeds said maximum. The amount of aid to be granted will be a whole number, so any amount with decimals will be rounded down to its lowest whole number. Fifth. Application submission deadline: 15 days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA. Sixth. Other information: The Service Files are published in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es), which can be located by entering the code AYUD0126T03 in the header search engine (located at the top right of the page) in which you will find the full text of the Resolution, complementary information, the standard application form and the possibility of starting the application electronically. The granting or denial of subsidies will be carried out by the Ilma. Ms. Counselor of Social Rights and Welfare through a reasoned Resolution that must be adopted within a maximum period of 6 months from the publication of this extract. Once this maximum period has elapsed without an express resolution having been issued, it may be understood that this is a rejection.
