Call for applications The subsidies provided for in the Order of May 2, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in sports, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at companies, self-employed people and foundations, for the promotion of sports advertising sponsorship, are called for the 2026 financial year. Second. Purpose and beneficiary entities or persons The granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at companies, self-employed people and foundations, that meet the requirements established in section 4.a). 2026, depending on the sport modality. Third. Applications and submission deadline 1. Both the applications and the documentation required by the regulatory bases will be submitted exclusively in the Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, accessible from the submission platform itself, through the following electronic address: https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/culturaydeporte/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/25492.html and will be addressed to the person holding the body indicated in the section 10.b) of the summary table of the regulatory bases approved by the Order of May 2, 2024, which must be presented in the places indicated in section 10.c) thereof. 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia of the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. When during the submission period an interested entity registers several aid applications for the same eligible object, the last one submitted within the deadline will be considered to cancel all the previous ones. Submission of applications after the established deadline will result in their inadmissibility. Room. Regulatory bases This call will be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Order of May 2, 2024, the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of sports, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at companies, self-employed people and foundations, for the promotion of sports advertising sponsorship (BOJA no. 97, of May 21, 2024). Fifth. Financing 1. The financing of these subsidies will be carried out with a charge to the credit specifically assigned in the expense budget of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, within the following budget item: MEASURE BUDGETARY ITEM FINANCING TOTAL AMOUNT Measures to promote sports advertising sponsorship 1900010091 G/46A/47001/00 01 Service 01 2,000,000 € The amount of available credit is distributed by annuities as follows: BUDGET ITEM 2026 2027 TOTAL AMOUNT 1900010091 G/46A/47001/00 01 €1,000,000 €1,000,000 €2,000,000 2. The maximum percentage of the subsidy will be 50% of the tax base of the amount of the advertising sponsorship contract, as established in section 5.a) of the summary table of the regulatory bases approved by Order of May 2, 2024, with a minimum subsidy amount of 500 euros and up to a maximum limit of 10,000 euros in general and up to a maximum limit of 15,000 euros for those sports entities that participate in official federated competitions for athletes with disabilities. Multiannual expenditure commitments may be acquired in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Government of Andalusia and its implementing regulations.
