Official description of the call
1.- Purpose of the subsidy.- 1.- The purpose of this ordinance is to subsidize the financing of termite treatment carried out in various buildings and homes outside the area of the Old Town of the municipality of Larrabetzu. 2.- As mentioned, the treatment will be financed when the affected buildings and homes are located outside the area of the Old Town; Therefore, treatment will not be financed in the buildings and homes shown on the plan attached to this ordinance (attach plan). 3.- 40% of the treatment carried out in buildings and homes located outside the area of the Old Town will be financed, in an amount not exceeding 500 euros. 2.- Beneficiary persons.- Those persons who, in addition to meeting the conditions established in article 11 of General Subsidy Law 38/2003, are owners or users of the buildings or homes subject to treatment will benefit from these subsidies. In order to receive the subsidy, it will be necessary to meet the following conditions: Be the owner or user of the home. Have carried out the treatment 3 years before the publication of the call or in the financial year prior to the call. That the building or home complies with municipal regulations. 3.- Expense that will be subsidized.- 1.- 40% of the treatment carried out in buildings and homes located outside the area of the Old Town will be financed, in an amount not exceeding 500.00 euros. 2.- The amount of the budget item intended to finance the expense must be specified in the call. In the event that there is not enough credit in said item, the credit will be distributed proportionally. 3.- In no case will the budgetary credit allocated to the subsidy be exceeded. 4.- Subsidy budget.- For the granting of the Aid collected, the Larrabetzu City Council incorporates budget item number 150.48000 into the municipal budget for the year 2026 with a budget of 500.00 euros. 5.- Application.- The application (ANNEX I), addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, will be presented in the General Registry of Entries, or in one of the ways indicated in articles 16 and 66 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure. Interested parties may submit the application within a period of one month from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. The presentation can be made through an electronic office at: http://www.larrabetzu.eus/eu-ES/Izapideak/Orrialdeak/default.aspx Those interested must present the following documentation along with the application: Photocopy of the DNI of the applicant. If it is a legal entity or the application is intended to be submitted on behalf of another person, copy of the power of attorney that certifies representation. Invoice for the termite treatment carried out in the building or home. Certificate issued by a technician proving that the building or home is free of termites. 6.- Deadline for submitting applications.- The period of one month from the day following the publication of the application in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. 7.- Instruction Body.- Information Commission on Urban Planning and Public Works of the Larrabetzu City Council. During the investigation, the City Council may advise interested parties. 8.- Body for Resolution.- The Mayor of the Larrabetzu City Council. 9.- Subsidy Management.- The subsidy will be granted for the year prior to the call, having prepared the forecast of the expense to be incurred. After the interested parties request the subsidy, the Larrabetzu City Council will verify whether the invoices have been paid correctly and the managing entities will provide the City Council with said documentation. The corresponding report will be made on this point. After verification and verification of the expenditure made by the interested parties, the Larrabetzu City Council will pay 100% of the subsidy. 10.- Subsidy Regime.- In what is not included in this call, the provisions of the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia of September 22, 2017 will apply. In addition, General Law 38/2003 on Subsidies and Royal Decree 887/2006 that develops it will apply.
