REGULATORY BASES AND CALL 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES AIMED AT PROMOTING LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – ZumarrragarEKIN 2026 PROGRAM. The Zumarraga City Council approves this aid program in order to support companies and entrepreneurs from all sectors that make up the socioeconomic fabric of the municipality. During the 2026 financial year, a total of 6 lines of aid with a total amount of €80,000 are made available to companies, self-employed workers, new entrepreneurs and citizens, with the aim of promoting and supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, generational change and the commercial and first sector reactivation. ANNEX I: ZuEKIN Berritu SPECIFIC RULES AND 2026 CALL FOR GRANTING GRANTS OF GRANTS DIRECTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF R&D&I ACTIONS, FOR THE COMPETITIVE IMPROVEMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE – ZuEKIN Berritu- 1. OBJECT It is the subject of this call corresponding to the 2026 budget year the regulation of the granting of financial aid aimed at carrying out studies/projects and/or investments of an innovative nature leading to the competitive improvement of companies based in Zumarraga. Eligible expenses will be considered those corresponding to the carrying out of studies/projects and investments of an innovative nature leading to competitive improvement. 2. BENEFICIARIES Beneficiaries of this aid may be natural or legal persons and communities of property that do not fall under any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the LGS: In addition, they must meet the following requirements: • Have a work center in Zumarraga. • In the case of studies/projects/developments, the work center is located in Zumarraga and has 50 or fewer workers on staff in the last 6 months. • In the case of investments, the company must have 20 or fewer workers on staff in the last 6 months. • These are companies in the industrial sector and services related to the industry. 3. APPLICATIONS AND SUBMISSION DEADLINE Applications must be formalized by the legal representative or applicant, in the official instance model prepared by the City Council. The application and complementary documentation must be submitted via the Internet, through the subsidy portal located in the electronic headquarters of the Zumarraga City Council (https://egoitza.zumarraga.eus), and exceptionally on paper by delivering it to the General Registry of the City Council, within public service hours, or by certified mail. The deadline for submitting applications to obtain aid, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will end on September 30, 2026. In the event that the applications are incomplete, a period of 10 days will be granted to repair the deficiency and, once this period has elapsed without the application having been completed, it will be filed without further formalities. If the planned number of projects is not reached and as long as the allocation for this line is not exhausted, the City Council reserves the right to extend the submission period. 4. DOCUMENTATION TO PROVIDE Applications must be accompanied by the documentation established in article 6 of the Regulatory Bases of the Subsidy Programs established by the Zumarraga City Council and published in BOG No. 28 of February 10, 2023. As established in article 6, during the processing of the files, the City Council will request 39/2015 of the Administrative Procedure), through the NISAE data interoperability platform, the following documentation: • Consultation and verification of identity data of the person and/or entity. • Check to be up to date with obligations and payments to the General Treasury of Social Security. • Check whether obligations and payments are up to date with the corresponding Provincial Treasury. The information that accredits: - Being up to date with the payment of taxes and penalties with the Zumarraga City Council will be collected directly ex officio by the Zumarraga City Council itself. - The current account number for the payment of the subsidy if it already exists.
