Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The subsidies corresponding to the 2026 financial year of "Line II. Subsidies directed at private companies for the hiring of people participating in the projects of the CRISOL-FORMAS (CRISOL-FOR+) Program that have obtained a positive evaluation in the first stage" are called, provided for in Chapter I and Chapter IV of Decree 40/2024, of May 7, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the Program. CRISOL-FORMAS (Crisol- For+) and the first call for subsidies to promoting entities (D.O.E. number 105 of May 31). Second. Beneficiaries Private companies, self-employed persons or registered professionals may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call, whether they are natural or legal persons, communities of property or civil societies, non-profit entities or temporary unions of companies that carry out contracts that meet the conditions established in article 43 of Decree 40/2024, of May 7. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 40/2024, of May 7, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the financing of the CRISOL-FORMAS Program (Crisol-For+) and the first call for subsidies to promoting entities (D.O.E. number 105 of May 31). Room. Amount of the call. The global amount of this call is 1,800,000 euros, charged to the 2026 financial year of budget application 140130000 G/242B/47000 FS21422H0220230070, “Crisol Formación”, source of FS financing, with the following breakdown according to the application of the de minimis regime: a) Subsidies awarded in accordance with the Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 1,750,000 euros. b) Subsidies granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 50,000 euros. The amount of the call is co-financed at a rate of 85% by the European Social Fund + under the Extremadura ESF + Program 2021-2027, Political Objective 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe, through the application of the European Pillar of Social Rights", within priority 2 “Social inclusion and fight against poverty”, Specific objective 4.8 “Encourage active inclusion in order to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and improve employability, particularly for disadvantaged groups”, measure 2.H.2 “CRISOL and CRISOL-FORMAS Program (Crisol- For+)”. Fifth. Amount and de minimis regime. The amount of the subsidy and the applicable de minimis regimes are those established in articles 44 and 45 of the aforementioned Decree 40/2024, of May 7. Sixth. Application submission deadline. Interested parties must apply for the subsidies, during the period of validity of the call, within a maximum period of one month, counting from the day following the date of contracting. In the event that the call has not been approved within the previous period, the aforementioned period of one month will be computed from the day following the publication of the Resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. Seventh. Other data. 1. The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment, for the total amount of the aid granted, once the granting resolution has been issued. 2. The processing of applications, as well as access to all information about the procedure, will be carried out through the general electronic access point https://www.juntaex.es/w/0615522?inheritRedirect=true, in the manner established in articles 4 and 47 of Decree 40/2024, of May 7, within the file corresponding to the procedure from where access to the associated electronic headquarters will be enabled to submit the request.
