They can apply for the subsidies provided for in the programs MA2 Organization of specific activities and MA3 Energy improvement projects against climate change, all Vallirana entities, as long as they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. They can additionally apply for the subsidies provided for in the programs MA1 Ordinary operation of environmental and animal protection entities and MA4 Urgent actions, non-profit environmental and animal protection entities that carry out activities in the municipality of Vallirana, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The purpose of the subsidies in this call is to finance projects/activities that aim to: ? MA1 Program: Ordinary operation of environmental and animal protection entities ? The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of the subsidies subject to this call will be, in total, €7,000.00, according to the following detail: - MA1 Program ? €1,750.00 Ordinary operation of environmental and animal protection entities - MA2 Program - €1,750.00 Organization of specific activities: - MA3 Program - €1,750.00 Energy improvement projects against climate change: - MA4 Program - €1,750.00 Urgent actions Yes, when the application submission period ends, this is September 30, 2026, in some of the programs the allocated financial allocation is not exhausted, the rest of the programs in which applications pending subsidy have been requested will be completed because the total amount provided for by the program in question has been exhausted. The distribution of this surplus will be done equitably between the programs with pending applications and within each program, according to the established criteria. The amount to be awarded to each of the subsidized projects/activities will be a maximum of 50% of the project amount. submitted by the Entity or Association, with a maximum of €1,750.00. The Entity or Association that, by application of the evaluation criteria, has the highest score within each program, will receive 50% of the amount of the project for which the subsidy is requested.
