Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The SME or self-employed person may have the status of beneficiary, whatever its legal form, that is validly constituted at the time of submitting the application, is the owner in Cantabria of one of the economic activities listed in article 2.1 of the basic order and develops it in a majority manner, is registered in the corresponding heading of the tax on economic activities and in Social Security and has the authorizations that national and community regulations require for its industrial activity, in your case. The accreditation of the occurrence of said circumstances will be verified by the instructing body. Second. Purpose and eligible actions. 1. Encourage innovation in the business environment by improving processes, products and business models by supporting the implementation of the actions detailed in the sixth section of this order. 2. The aid is part of the FEDER Cantabria Operational Program 2021-2027, Priority: P1A. Digital and intelligent transition. Specific objective: RSO1.1. Develop and improve research and innovation capabilities and assimilate advanced technologies, action code 1103 “Innovation Checks”. 3. The subsidies contemplated in this order are de minimis aid and are subject to Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, of December 13, 2023, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) L 2832, of December 15, 2023. 4.- The types of eligible Actions will be the following: ACTION 1. TECHNOLOGICAL PLANS. ACTION 1.1. Diagnostics and Plans-Technological Audits. ACTION 1.2. Eco-innovation and eco-design models. ACTION 1.3. New business models linked to industry 4.0. ACTION 2. INDUSTRIAL PLANS. ACTION 2.1. Application of facilitating technologies linked to industry 4.0 (Big data, additive manufacturing, IoT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, robotics, augmented reality, virtual reality systems, artificial vision, virtualization) in general. ACTION 2.2. Proof of concept, tests, and experimental validation of: - Prototypes of new products and/or services. - Pilot processes. - New methods and materials. ACTION 2.3. Redesign or generation of new innovative products or services. ACTION 2.4. Transformation or reengineering of manufacturing processes. ACTION 2.5. Industrial design, engineering and development activities of new production systems, linked to new products, processes or differentiating services. ACTION 2.6. Application of ICT to: - energy efficiency, sustainability and environment, - logistics, transport and distribution, - electronic commerce, - opening of channels and advanced content (APPS, electronic commerce, payment methods), - development and/or integration of new software linked to the implementation of technological innovations. ACTION 3. PATENTS, INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY PROTECTION and STANDARDIZATION. ACTION 3.1. Management and application of patents, utility models, or other industrial property protection models. ACTION 3.2. Family systems UNE 166000 standards. ACTION 4. EFFICIENT PROCESSES. Advanced management methods and tools, LEAN techniques and tools, quality circles, mini-factories, REDER self-assessment, life cycle analysis. 5.- In no case will the following be considered eligible for subsidies: Compliance with mandatory regulations. The implementation of quality, environmental, good practices, CE marking or mandatory certificates and similar certificates. The usual or recurring analyses, tests or characterizations not linked to the eligible action. Training of a general, technical or scientific nature. Advice or technical assistance in legal, tax or financial matters, advertising, communication and marketing services and strategic plans for business development. The creation of web pages. Licenses for management and organization software or regular company activities. 6. Eligible costs are the consulting and technical advice expenses linked to the eligible actions and, in the case of type 2 actions, also the expenses on material and intangible investments.
