By order AGR/1048/2023, of August 25, the Local Development Strategy was selected and the Local Action Group Association for the Development of Aliste, Tábara and Alba (ADATA) was approved with the allocation of public funds, within the framework of the PEPAC National Strategic Plan 2023-2027. By virtue of the above, the Board of Directors of the Association for the Development of Aliste, Tábara and Alba ADATA, as the decision-making body, decides to call for said aid. A minimum of 394,000.00 euros will be committed in measure 7119.2 to support non-productive projects. First: Purpose and beneficiaries. Call for aid managed by the ADATA GAL for the execution of actions aimed at promoting the diversification of rural economies within the framework of measure 7119.2 of the PEPAC LEADER Intervention 2023-2027 in Castilla y León. City councils, associations, individuals, and other non-profit entities within the scope of action of the ADATA GAL may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second: Application regulations. The aid will be governed based on the provisions of the Aid Regime (Resolution of February 16, 2024, of the General Directorate of the Agri-Food Industry and Chain published in BOCyL of February 26, 2024), in addition to the rules resulting from the application of PEPAC in the Community of Castilla y León, without prejudice to the supplementary application of national and regional regulations on subsidies.
