The purpose of this Resolution is to publish the credits available, in fiscal year 2026, to meet the economic obligations that arise from the granting of the aid provided for in Decree 104/2025, of December 23, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Return of Talent Program. The aid lines, their purpose and eligible activities are established in articles 8, 10, 16, 19, 22 and 25 of Decree 104/2025, of December 23. The eligible period will include the actions carried out from December 16, 2024, to December 15, 2026. Second. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for this aid are established in Decree 104/2025, of December 23, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Return of Talent Program.
