Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of subsidies regulated in these regulatory bases will be €4,500.00 and will be covered by budget application 1/2310/48003 and for the maximum amounts: - PRIVATE ADAPTED TRANSPORTATION per beneficiary: €70 / MONTH - OWN TRANSPORTATION per beneficiary: €25 / MONTH maximum, depending on the kms. Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. The possibility of increasing the credit with an additional amount can be foreseen. 3. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidies These bases are intended to structure and establish the criteria and procedure for granting financial aid for the transfer of people with disabilities over 18 years of age or older people who have mobility difficulties (reduced mobility), and need support when accessing specialized day care Social Services such as: - Occupational centers (duly registered) for people with disabilities. - Public, subsidized and accredited day centers for seniors. The subsidies granted under these bases must be used to finance adapted transportation carried out during the year 2026. 4. Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies regulated in these Regulatory Bases will be competitive competition. The extract of the call that will govern this procedure will be published, through the National Subsidy Database, in the Official Gazette of the province of Barcelona. 5. Requirements of the beneficiaries and way of accrediting them 1.- Natural persons who must carry out the activity on which they are granted may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: a) Natural persons who meet the requirements detailed below:  Persons with a certificate of impairment equal to or greater than 65% and with reduced mobility who attend a duly registered occupational center that is part of the public network.  Dependent people, with a lack of personal autonomy and in need of adapted transport, who have a place in a day center, duly registered and part of the public network.  Be registered in the municipality with a period of 6 months.  Attendance at occupational centers or day centers located in Viladecavalls and surrounding areas, at least three days per week. If the person does not have the reduced mobility scale, the person may choose to be a beneficiary of the subsidy if they have the companion scale. 2.- The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documents indicated in the following article. 6.
