Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Trade union organizations that are considered representative may apply for the subsidy in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1, 7.1 and 7.2 of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these subsidies is to encourage the participation of the Union Organizations represented in the Negotiation Table of Non-University Teaching Personnel, in all work groups, technical tables and any other negotiation forums that are established at the state level of collective bargaining, and in the Negotiation Table itself, in proportion to its representativeness. Third. Regulatory bases: Order ECI/1305/2005, of April 20 (BOE of May 12), of regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies under a competitive competition regime. Room. Amount: Subsidy amount 91,640.00 euros, to be distributed among the different beneficiary union organizations. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Fifteen days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other information: Trade union organizations that meet the requirements set out in this call will formulate their requests in the name of the candidacy through which they obtained representatives in the elections to representative bodies. They will use the model annexed to the aforementioned Resolution, and will accompany the documentation specified in the fifth section thereof.
