First: Beneficiaries. The following may also apply for a subsidy for the rehabilitation of facades, provided that they meet the requirements to obtain beneficiary status in accordance with article 13 of the subsidy law: Owners of buildings or homes under non-horizontal ownership. The owners of homes or premises under a horizontal property regime, grouped in communities of owners. The properties must be located in the urban area of the main population center of the municipality of Agost. Second: Object. The purpose of this call is to grant aid to collaborate in the financing of the rehabilitation of facades of buildings located in the urban area of the main population center of the municipality of Agost through non-competitive competition in open mode for expenses incurred in 2026. Third: Bases. Specific Ordinance regulating subsidies for the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Facades, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante dated June 15, 2016 and those included in the call. Fourth: Amount. In buildings located in the old town of the municipality, this being defined in article 37 of the NN.SS. and delimited in plan number 5 of the NN.SS, the subsidy to be granted will be 60% of the cost of the action with a maximum of 600 euros. Outside the old town, single-family homes may obtain a subsidy of 60% of the cost of the action with a maximum of 600 euros and the rest of the buildings a subsidy of 30% of the cost of the action with a maximum of 1,200 euros. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications and provision of credit. During the 2026 budgetary year, three resolutions will be adopted, in which a maximum amount of 1,000 euros will be granted in each resolution, without prejudice to the fact that when at the end of a period the corresponding subsidies have been granted and the maximum amount to be granted has not been exhausted, the amount not applied will be transferred to the next period within the budgetary year. The deadline to submit applications corresponding to the second quarter of the 2026 financial year is from the day after the publication of this call in the BOP of Alicante until June 30, 2026. The deadline to submit applications corresponding to the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 is from July 1 to August 31, 2026.
