Beneficiaries Any person interested in the literary world and where the work submitted is unpublished and is not in the editing process or has never been awarded in other competitions can be a beneficiary of the Empordà Novel Prize. Deadline for submission of novelsThe deadline for submission of novels will be from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOP) and until midnight on November 22, 2026, to the email premiempordanovel.la@baixemporda.cat, according to the procedure described in the regulatory bases of the tenth edition of the Empordà Novel Prize. Novels submitted after the deadline will be excluded by default. Sixth. Modification of the members of the jury Section 6 of the call for the 10th edition of the Empordà Novel Prize 2026 corresponding to the members of the jury is modified, worded as follows: “The Prize jury will be made up of the following people: Blai Manté Majó, Neus Lloveras Puchercós, Maria Teresa Calabús Casas, Imma Tubella Casadevall, Jaume Benavente Cassanyes, Salvador Casas Busquets, Jordi Imaz Gámez as curator of the Prize and Gemma Amiel Matller, as secretary of the jury.”
