Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First: Beneficiaries. People registered and with effective residence in the municipality of Mislata, with a minimum of one uninterrupted year of experience immediately prior to the application. At the time of the application you must be registered at the address where you reside. As well as that the per capita income (gross income) of the family unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed the current annual amount of Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC x 14 payments). Second: Object. Establish the necessary conditions to be able to access individualized economic benefits aimed at the population of Mislata, promoted by the different administrations, with the ultimate goal of consolidating the social inclusion of citizens and allowing access to living conditions where satisfaction of the needs that ensure adequate psychosocial development is guaranteed. The benefits included in this document cover different areas of action and are different from those that have a specific call for applications and granting and that are published in a timely manner through the means established by the regulations that apply to them. Third: Regulatory bases. Financing and Amount. This aid will be financed from the following items of the Municipal Budget for 2026. The maximum amount planned for this aid amounts to 158,500 euros. The budget is broken down as follows: - Active childhood: €47,000 Item 2310.48000 - Access and maintenance of the habitual residence: €11,000. Item 2310.48001 - Public transport aid: €23,000. Item 2310.48002 - Exceptional expenses: €19,000 Item 2310.48003 - Expenses intended to cover basic family needs: €20,000 Item 2310.48004 - Child food: €23,500 Item 2310.48005 - Protection of supplies: €15,000. Item 2310.48006 The form of justification for this aid is carried out prior to its granting through the documentation required for this purpose, so that the constitution of guarantees by the beneficiaries is not required either, in accordance with art. 34 of the General Subsidies Law. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application period will begin on the immediate business day following the publication of the extract of the call and will end on November 15, 2026, except for those in which specific dates are specified. Sixth. Other data. Along with the application, interested parties will provide detailed documentation on each of the benefits contemplated in the call.
