Official description of the call

Beneficiaries: Communities of owners, or groups of communities of owners established in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. The Communities of Owners integrated into the scope of action called Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environment (ERRP), discontinuous, Ventanielles and Guillén Lafuerza. Phase I-B? have proceeded to designate the same Rehabilitation Agent, complying with the requirements set out in Clause 8, of Annex I of the Resolution of 11/21/2022 of the Ministry of Social Rights and Welfare (BOPA. no.: 228, of 11/28/2022). This designation has been recognized by the Oviedo City Council, by resolution of the Mayor's Office No. 4491/2026 dated March 12 Budget: €2,568,000 Eligible actions: Actions to improve or rehabilitate buildings for predominantly residential use for housing with the limits established in this resolution, provided that a reduction of at least 30% of non-renewable primary energy consumption is obtained, referred to the certification. energy. In buildings located in climate zones D1, according to the climate classification of the Technical Building Code, a reduction in the overall annual energy demand for heating and cooling of the building, as appropriate, of at least 35% must also be achieved. The expenses necessary for the development of the set of previous actions, including those of the management inherent to their development and its associated expenses, the fees of the professionals involved in the drafting of the projects, construction management, preparation of the Building Book, as well as the issuance of certificates and final technical reports, linked to the actions of development of the ERRP. Documentation: The documentation to be provided along with the application and annexes to access the grant for the action is that described in the Eighth Base of the Call. Deadline and place for submitting applications and documentation: The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and whose full content will appear in the National Subsidy Advertising System (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). The application and documents that must accompany it may be submitted on paper in any of the places referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPACAP) or by computer, electronic or telematic means, using the model that appears in the Electronic Headquarters of the Oviedo City Council (Citizen Portal). Compatibility: The subsidies from this program will be compatible with any other public aid for the same purpose, provided that the total cost of the actions is not exceeded and provided that the regulation of other aid, whether national or European, admits it.
