Official description of the call

It is made generally known that the Local Government Board of April 14, 2026 has approved the 2026 call for subsidies for festive activities in rural neighborhoods and streets of the municipality, which is why it is exposed to the public by inserting the corresponding announcement in the "Official Gazette of Bizkaia". First.- Object Subsidy for the activities that are organized for the organization of the festivals in the rural neighborhoods and streets of the municipality. Second.- Applicants Natural or legal person who organizes the festivities in a rural neighborhood or street in Bermeo. Third.- Subsidy amount and payment method -€42,000 -After resolution, 75% of the subsidy will be paid and after justification the remaining 25% Fourth.- Maximum concession amount €4,500 (rural neighborhood festivals) €4,000 (municipal street festivals) Fifth.- Application deadline From the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia up to 45 days before the festivities of each rural neighborhood or street in the municipality. Sixth.- Documentation to present To make the application: -Grant application: IN-E 269/02-23 or IN-G 269/02-23 -Budget: IN-E 270/02-22 or IN-G 270/02-22 To make the justification: -Justification of the subsidy: IN-E 271/04-25 or IN-G 271/04-25 -Income and expenses: IN-E 272/01-20 or IN-G 272/01-20 Seventh.- Type of concession Competitive competition but without comparative estimate. Eighth.- Resolution period 60 days from the end of the period for making the request. Ninth.- Objectives, assessment criteria and procedure This information is included in the specific bases of subsidies for the financing of cultural groups and associations and festive activities published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia on May 9, 2025. Tenth.- Processing instructor, assessment and agreement commission -Culture Technique -Subsidy assessment committee -Local Government Board Eleventh.- Justification period -45 days from the celebration the festivals of each rural neighborhood or street of the municipality -At most until December 18, 2026 for the festivals that are organized in November 2026
