Announcement of the call for subsidies to sports entities The Local Government Board of the Caldes de Malavella City Council, by agreement dated April 9, 2026, has approved the Call for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities or associations that develop sports activities, for the financial year 2026. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES, YEAR 2026 The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific ordinance for the granting of subsidies in the field of sports activities, approved on February 25, 2008, and published in the BOP of Girona no. 52, dated March 13, 2008. The budget credits to which the subsidy is attributed are the following: 06 – 341- 48000- Subsidies to entities for the promotion of sport, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €60,000. In general, the amount of the subsidy may not exceed 50% of the activity's budget. Non-profit entities and associations of Caldes de Malavella that meet the following requirements may apply for these subsidies: Be legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the Caldes de Malavella City Council, and have updated data. Be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Exceptionally, a group of entities from Caldes de Malavella may be considered a beneficiary, or a group of citizens who, without being legally constituted as a legal entity, due to the tradition and customs of the town, have their activity recognized by the municipality, due to their interest. Entities and associations will not be able to attend if the activities for which they request the subsidy are included in other specific calls, or they already have a collaboration agreement with the City Council that includes the objectives of this call. The competent body for the investigation of the file is the Sports Councilor. The competent body to resolve is the Local Government Board. Granting regime and deadlines for submitting applications: Competitive competition, through the competition and public call system. The budget credit to which the subsidy is allocated is €60,000, from item 06 – 341- 48000 of the municipal budget. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an annex to the general bases. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the entrance register of the City Council or by any of the means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the legal regime of public administrations and the common administrative procedure, within a period of 20 days from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The application must be accompanied by the following documentation: Photocopy of the DNI of the signatory of the application and the CIF of the requesting entity. Documentation proving affiliation to the respective Federation during the year 2025-2026. Certificate signed by the president of the number of members of the sports entity or association. Federal certificate of the number of tokens by category. Responsible declaration of being up to date with the obligations and prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary or collaborating entity. Formal declaration from the applicant regarding the aid requested or obtained from other entities in the same year, for the same purpose. Certificate confirming that they are up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations. Planned budget for the project for which the subsidy is requested, broken down into income and expenses. Proof of subsidies previously granted. List of technicians and coaches by team, with a photocopy of their qualifications. Direct debit sheet. If it is the first time that aid is requested, the creditor registration form must also be presented, with the approval of the entity.
