Multi-annual call 2026, in competitive competition, for LEADER agro, LEADER agroindustry and LEADER diversification aid, from the LOCAL ACTION GROUPS for the development of the operations provided for in their Parti Local Development Strategies

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons who comply with the provisions of the Fifth Base of the regulatory bases and whose actions comply with the provisions of the Sixth Base may be beneficiaries of the aid. The limitations and conditions established for each of the GALs in Annex II of the call will also be taken into account. Second.- Object. The purpose of this aid is the financing of operations developed in the scope of action of the GAL, as collaborators of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, and aimed at supporting the start of activity, modernization, improvement of competitiveness and innovation of agricultural companies, agroindustry and non-agricultural companies that promote diversification in rural areas. Third.- Regulatory bases. The present public aid will be governed by the provisions of the Resolution of May 20, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid within the framework of the LEADER Participatory Local Development Strategies in the Principality of Asturias, to support the start of activity, modernization, improvement of competitiveness and innovation of agricultural companies (LEADER agro); to support the start of activity, modernization, improvement of competitiveness and innovation of agroindustry (LEADER agroindustry); and to support the start of activity, modernization, improvement of competitiveness and innovation of non-agricultural companies that promote diversification in rural areas (LEADER diversification), within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 (Intervention 7119) (BOPA of 05/27/2025). Fourth.- Amount. For the granting of the aforementioned aid, an amount of NINE MILLION NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€9,095,000) will be allocated from budget application 1903.711B.773055 "LEADER operations aid for companies" from the budgets of the Principality of Asturias and with the following distribution by GAL: LOCAL ACTION GROUP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ALTO NALÓN €610,000 ALTO NARCEA MUNIELLOS DEVELOPMENT CENTER ASSOCIATION? €775,000 RURAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP ASSOCIATION OF BAJO NALÓN €855,000 ASSOCIATION FOR THE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERIURBAN CENTER OF ASTURIAS (ADICAP) €425,000 LOCAL ACTION GROUP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAMÍN REAL DE LA MESA REGION €795,000 ASSOCIATION FOR THE INTEGRAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE LA SIDRA REGION €610,000 ASSOCIATION FOR THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN OF ASTURIAS €1,025,000 NAVIA-PORCÍA DEVELOPMENT CENTER ASSOCIATION €1,280,000 ASSOCIATION FOR THE INTEGRAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF EASTERN ASTURIAS €900,000 CENTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OSCOS-EO REGION €560,000 CENTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ESE ENTRECABOS VALLEY €1,260,000 Due to the needs of the call, annual payments may be readjusted, for which which will be necessary to have the corresponding authorization for readjustment of annuities. The aid will be financed 80% from the European Agrarian Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), 14% from the Principality of Asturias, and 6% from the General Administration of the State. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting the application will be one (1) month from the publication of the extract of this call in the BOPA. If more than one request for the same action is submitted during this period, only the one submitted last will be considered, and the previous ones will be cancelled. Applications submitted outside the deadline established in this call will be excluded from the concession procedure. Sixth.- Other data. The standardized models of these aids are published in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es), which can be located by entering the code AYUD0535T07 in the header search engine (located in the upper right part of the page) where you will find complementary information, forms and templates for download and the possibility of electronically starting said application through the web form. These models will be mandatory for use.
