Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. The promoters of Official Trade Fairs recognized as such, who have their registered and tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and carry out their activity within it. Specifically: a) Fair institutions. b) Town councils. c) Associations and non-profit entities. Second. Object. Promote the growth of commercial activity in our region by facilitating the organization and promotion of fair activities, by supporting the current expenses derived from the promotion, organization and celebration of Trade Fairs in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 57/2012, of April 13, which establishes the regulatory bases for financial aid for the organization and promotion of official trade fairs of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, modified by Decree 31/2014, of March 11, (DOE no. 52, of March 17). Room. Amount. The aid will consist of a subsidy of up to 40% of the amount of the approved investment, with a maximum limit of 25,000 euros, determining the intensity of aid based on the points obtained in application of the assessment criteria. The total cost of the actions provided for in this call amounts to 200,000 euros, charged to the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026, distributed as follows: • 175,000 euros will be charged to budget application 14003341A46000 and expenditure project 20220029 called “Aid for the organization of the official trade fairs of Extremadura”, financed with funds from the Autonomous Community. • 25,000 euros will be charged to budget application 14003341A48000 and expenditure project 20220029 called “Aid for the organization of the official trade fairs of Extremadura”, financed with funds from the Autonomous Community. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the date of publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. The term will end on the same day on which the publication occurred in the expiration month. The application and necessary documentation will be submitted through the Associated Electronic Headquarters through access through the General Electronic Access Point of the services and procedures at the following electronic address: https://www.juntaex.es/w/0358116 by the subjects obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Natural persons, in accordance with section 1 of the same article, may choose to present it by the electronic means indicated above or by any of the means listed in article 16.4 of the same legal text. Sixth. Other data. The procedure for granting aid will be processed on a competitive basis, through periodic calls.
