Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities or institutions that present projects to improve the facilities and equipment of an archive, provided that, being legally constituted, they meet the requirements and are not subject to any of the exclusions contemplated in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law. Beneficiary entities must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. In order to apply for this aid, entities must prove that they are validly incorporated and registered in the corresponding public registry on the date the application is submitted. Second. Object and purpose. Competitive aid to private non-profit entities or institutions to carry out improvements to the facilities and equipment of private archives. The execution period will be one year from the day following the date of publication of the Concession Resolution. The purpose of these grants will be to carry out projects in private archives that result in the best conservation and dissemination of the Spanish Documentary Heritage. Third. Regulatory bases: Order CUL/2912/2010, of November 10 (BOE no. 275, of November 13, 2010), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies from the Ministry of Culture on a competitive basis. Room. Amount: The amount of the aid called will be, at a maximum, 75,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 24.05.332A.780 of the “Archives” program of the expense budget of the Ministry of Culture for the year 2023, extended for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026. Each entity may only receive aid for a maximum amount of 10,000 euros and in no case will it exceed 70% of the cost of the activity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official State Gazette. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. Sixth. Concession resolution: The head of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Fine Arts is competent to resolve the procedure by delegation of the head of the Secretary of State for Culture.
