Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Military personnel of the ET, on active duty, included in any of the priorities listed in article 4 of the call, may request aid. Second.Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of aid whose purpose is to cover the costs of the first registrations corresponding to the University Master's Degree in Military Law, contemplated in the corresponding subsidy line of the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Ministry of Defense for the period 2024-2026, Ministerial Order 13/2024, of May 20, modified by Ministerial Order 10/2025, of April 9. Third. Regulatory bases. Approved by Defense Order/411/2024, of April 25, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the completion of the Master's Degree in Military Law, for military personnel of the Army, published in the Official State Gazette No. 112 of May 8, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The financial award is 20,000 euros, with a maximum aid per enrolled student of 4,300 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Fifteen (15) business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official State Gazette". Sixth. Other data. The aid granted under this call is incompatible with the receipt of any other subsidy, aid, income or resources for the same purpose.
