First.- Beneficiaries: - Natural persons of legal age and legal persons who, being owners, tenants or holders of any other right to use the premises, are owners or are going to request in their name municipal authorization to open the activity. - The beneficiary must be self-employed, microenterprise or SME with a maximum of 10 workers. - They are generally excluded and, therefore, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the aid regulated in the bases, communities of property, as well as any other type of grouping of natural or legal persons without legal personality. Second.- Purpose: Regulate aid for conditioning, acquisition of equipment and rental of premises intended for certain tertiary uses in the historic center and adjacent streets of the municipality of Petrer. Third.- Regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board dated April 23, 2026. Fourth.- Amount: 30,000.00 euros for conditioning of premises and acquisition of equipment, and 20,000.00 euros for rental of premises. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: Open until September 30, 2026, inclusive, from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante.
